What you'll need.
Short list. Bring these and you can be unloading the same afternoon.
A photo ID
Driver's license or state ID for the person on the lease.
A payment method
Card or bank account for the first month and for autopay if you want it.
Your own lock
You keep the only key. Use a disc or cylinder lock — it keeps the tenant protection deductible from applying. We sell locks on site if you'd rather grab one here.
Proof of coverage, or ours
Stored goods need protection. Bring a homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our tenant protection plan at signing.
Step three
Get your code and move in.
Your gate code works immediately and never expires while you're a tenant. Drive to your door and unload.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every unit is month to month. Give notice when you're done and stop paying.
How long does renting online take?
About ten minutes. You pick a size, sign the agreement, pay the first month, and the gate code comes straight back to you.
Can I switch to a bigger or smaller unit later?
Yes, subject to what's available. Call and we'll move you over — most people size up once they see how fast a unit fills.
Do you sell locks and boxes?
Both, on site. Boxes, tape, and packing supplies are here so you don't need a second stop on moving day.
What if I need help outside office hours?
The gate is open 24 hours, so access is never the problem. Leave a message any time and we return missed calls within the hour.
