Before you call

Things we can settle in one call.

Most calls last a couple of minutes. You do not need to know a unit size before you ring — that is usually the thing we work out together. Here is what we can sort out without you driving to Thomason Road first.

Which size you need

Tell us what is going in — a bedroom, a garage, a boat — and we will tell you which size fits. Standard units run 5×10 to 15×20, climate controlled 5×10 to 10×20, and vehicle spaces are 14×30 or 14×50.

Standard or climate controlled

Wood furniture, upholstery, electronics, paper and instruments are worth the difference. Yard equipment and plastic totes usually are not, and we will say so either way.

What's actually open

There are fewer climate controlled units than standard ones, and they go first. Call before you drive over and we will tell you what is free and hold it for you.

What it costs

Every rate is published on the sizes and prices page, so there is nothing to quote. Leases are month to month, most people move in the same day, and tenant protection starts at $12 a month.
